OG renter living near center of town requests prayer re: potentially very serious situation with landlord & for landlord to have more self-awareness about how s/he communicates. That this will not impact me emotionally & distract me from other important issues that I need to focus on.

Follow up to previous request a week ago. Situation getting more complex as Landlord is now trying to evict me. (Very poor communicator, does not know how to resolve problems through straightforward discussion.) While I have a number of things in my favor, looks like I will need an attorney. Would be a **great hardship** if I had to vacate. Thank you.

Please keep our dear friend and family in your thoughts and prayers because of the passing of, John Charles. He recently passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication as a husband, father, and grandfather, fondly known as "POPPY." John Charles lived a life full of warmth and kindness, touching the hearts of everyone who knew him. Please pray for my mom, Debbie, she was admitted to the hospital last night, needs surgery for hernia and bowel obstruction. She has an infection and everything is complicated by her underlying kidney disease.

Please pray for my dear friend Carol who was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer, It was to be removed immediately but a module was now found on her liver. Pray the nodule is not cancerous and they can go forward with removing one kidney. She is a faithful friend of mine for over 40 years and a Christian. Thank you for your prayers.

Prayer for Josefina A. in California as Dr. found another lump on her breast and she is scheduled for an MRI on 1/30/26@1pm, previous biopsy was inconclusive, Prayer that results come back negative(no cancer), and strength and comfort for her and family to trust in God, Thank You for the prayers, Amén.
